Enrollment

See how optional text enrollment works, including demonstration screens of the paused interface.

Kzoo Cars optional automated test-trip updates are operated by Ibrahim Haynes and Solomon Carpenter. These concern fictional trips only; no car will be sent. Enrollment is available only during an approved sending window. Your SMS preferences show whether enrollment and sending are available.

Save your own mobile number for operator review first. Approval covers the exact account, role and number revision. During an approved window, read these terms and the privacy notice, choose the optional consent control and subscribe yourself. Saving a number or receiving approval is not consent. Subscription confirmation must be resolved before trip updates are sent. Provider acceptance is different from confirmed delivery.

Messages and charges

Message frequency varies with your test trips. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not required to use the app or request a test trip. Messages may include enrollment confirmation, quote-ready notices, rider confirmation, driver assignment, en-route/arrival updates or cancellation. They identify Kzoo Cars TEST. The supervised test is limited to two approved recipients, ten application messages and at most 60 minutes.

Stop, restart and help

When messaging is available, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Reply START to remove a provider messaging block. START does not create new app consent, override account approval, resend confirmation or replay old messages. App consent and current approval must still qualify. You can also stop texts in preferences.

Changing your phone or losing account access invalidates stale work. Provider-accepted messages cannot be recalled. Check the app if delivery is delayed or uncertain.
