Access and availability
Kzoo Rides is developed by Ibrahim Haynes and Solomon Carpenter for the Kalamazoo community. Account applications require owner review. Approval may include an emailed private invitation when application emails are enabled, or manual private sharing. Applying does not confirm email delivery, account approval or a booked ride.
Current trips are fictional software tests. No car will be sent and no live transportation or payment is provided. Do not rely on current requests for transportation or emergencies.
Review your fare
The homepage shows current public fares and whether they are planned or published. Route estimates use pickup-to-destination driving distance, excluding travel to pickup. Partial additional miles are prorated and only the final fare is rounded to cents. Driver fees remain undecided.
An estimate is not a booking or availability guarantee. Dispatch reviews the request and issues a quote for you to accept before assignment. Check locations and fares carefully. Changed addresses, expired estimates or newer pricing require fresh review. If search or routing is unavailable, ask for manual review. Unknown distance is never treated as zero. Previously issued quotes retain their amounts unless dispatch issues a new quote requiring fresh acceptance.
Your account and choices
Keep your assigned username and password private. Use your authorized Rider or Driver workspace. SMS is optional and separate from account creation and ride requests. Read the privacy notice and SMS terms.
