Who we are

Kzoo Rides is jointly operated by Ibrahim Haynes and Solomon Carpenter. Solomon handles support/privacy inquiries; Ibrahim handles record retention and verified deletion requests. Contact solomonjuliuscarpenter@gmail.com. Current trips are fictional software tests; live rides are not available.

Applications, accounts and trips

We collect your application name, email and requested Rider or Driver role for owner review. Applying does not create an account or book a ride. Invitations are shared manually. We retain application, invitation, account-access and review records. Application passwords are stored as password hashes.

We record the locations, scheduling details, passenger counts, optional contact details and instructions you enter, quotes, acceptance, assignments, trip status and audit history. Driver/car profiles and optional photographs support assignments. Private operator notes stay restricted to authorized operators. Riders see their own trips; assigned drivers see information needed for their assignments.

Address search and estimates

When available, choosing Find address sends your address text to Geoapify. Reviewing a driving estimate sends the selected pickup and destination coordinates to Geoapify. These requests do not include your Kzoo password or account profile. You can correct locations or request manual review. Continuous passenger GPS is not needed, and live GPS tracking remains disabled.

We retain selected addresses and endpoint coordinates, the commercial estimated fare, applied band, pricing version, account and time to validate requests and preserve quote history. Estimates not followed by a trip are also retained. Expiry ends an estimate's validity; it does not delete its record. We do not retain raw route distance, duration, geometry, response bodies or unselected suggestions in our application records.

Optional texts

SMS is separate from account access and ride requests. If you enroll, we retain your number, consent wording/time/version, approval and phone revisions, confirmation intent, delivery attempts/status and STOP/START/HELP events. Twilio and carriers receive the number and message needed to deliver and administer the service. Delivery status does not prove a message was read. Declining texts does not prevent app access. Hosting, cookies and sharing

Render hosts the app, database, cache, logs and backups. Some app pages use jsDelivr styling. Directions links open Google Maps; Call actions use your device's phone app. These services process their own requests. Essential session and security cookies support login and protect forms.

We use information to operate and support Kzoo, process requested trips, enforce consent/access controls, investigate problems and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information or use SMS consent for third-party marketing. Access is limited to the operators, the relevant rider and assigned driver, necessary hosting, address, routing and messaging providers, and disclosures required by law.

Retention and requests

During this controlled software test, we retain application, account, trip, quote, consent and audit records for operation, troubleshooting, dispute review and opt-out enforcement. Ibrahim reviews continued need every 30 days and handles verified correction/deletion requests individually. We minimize or remove personal details when feasible while preserving records needed for transaction integrity, security, opt-outs or legal obligations.

Disabling access does not delete history. There is no automatic purge or self-service account deletion. Backups have separate retention; existing Render exports are retained for at least seven days. We cannot promise immediate removal from every backup or a fixed deletion deadline. Contact Solomon above; we may verify account ownership. Never send your password.
